Shipping Policy

We try to aim to dispatch all goods we have in stock as quickly as possible regardless of the delivery service selected, and if possible within 10 working days.

Our usual delivery service is via Royal Mail 2nd Class Post, however on occasions a courier company (APC Overnight) will be used. All courier parcels will require a signature on delivery to ensure a safe traceable receipt of your goods. If you are not available to collect and sign for your parcel a calling card will be left for you to arrange collection/redelivery in the usual way.

On rare occasions, we may need to split the delivery of your order into parts based on stock availability.

On receiving your order you find there are items missing that you have not been notified about either on the delivery note or prior to receiving your items you need to contact us within 7 days to inform us of any missing items.

Return & Exchange Policy

To return or exchange your item(s) simply send a note with your invoice/order number and instructions in the parcel and post it with the item(s) to:

Your exchanged item will then be posted to your home address as soon as stock is available.  There is no further charge for carriage for returned goods.

You may cancel your order any time within seven (7) working days. We will refund the price of the goods in full, however the delivery costs originally paid are non-refundable.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

If a refund is payable to you we will process the refund as soon as possible, and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day you gave written notice of cancellation.
To cancel an order you must return the goods to us immediately.


The goods must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, and they will be returned at your own cost and risk.

If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund/replacement via e-mail within a reasonable period of time.

We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day we confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for defective goods.
If a refund is payable to you, we will use the same method used by you to pay for your order.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
